Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice and must be made by the winning bidder or buyer no later than seven (7) days after the invoice is received. No lot, artwork, or purchased item will be released until full payment has been received and cleared.
All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD) using a payment method accepted by Masterpiece Artworks, Inc. The accepted payment methods will be communicated separately to the winning bidder or buyer.
Failure to settle an auction or purchase invoice within seven (7) days may, at the discretion of Masterpiece Artworks, Inc., result in the forfeiture of the lot(s), artwork(s), or item(s) won or purchased, as well as the revocation of future bidding or purchasing privileges.
Masterpiece Artworks, Inc. offers packing and shipping services worldwide, subject to applicable laws, carrier restrictions, destination requirements, and the availability of suitable shipping services.
Items are generally dispatched within seven (7) working days. However, delivery may take approximately three (3) to four (4) weeks after full payment is received due to circumstances beyond our control, including packing, documentation, customs procedures, carrier schedules, and other logistical considerations.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in dispatch or shipment, Masterpiece Artworks, Inc. will contact the buyer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order.
Each item will be packed by a professional packer using suitable and protective packing materials intended to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Expedited shipping and shipping insurance may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. Insurance, where requested or required, will be included in the shipping quotation.
If a buyer wins or purchases multiple items, Masterpiece Artworks, Inc. may combine the items into a single shipment where practical and safe to do so.
The actual shipping cost, including insurance if requested, will be communicated to the winning bidder or buyer after the auction or purchase. All shipping, packing, insurance, and related delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Our preferred shipping carriers include Shipglobal, FedEx, DHL, DTDC, and UPS. Masterpiece Artworks, Inc. may also use another carrier where deemed necessary or where requested by the buyer, subject to availability and applicable charges.
For shipments outside India, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder or buyer. Masterpiece Artworks, Inc. does not control or guarantee the amount, assessment, or timing of such charges.
